什么是Technical Passport？

Technical passport的作用

Technical passport 是强制性的、必须的、伴随设备终身的技术文件，有如下作用：

1.    是用户对设备日常使用和维护的指导文件

2.    申请海关联盟CU-TR认证时必须提供给认证机构的审核文件之一

3.    申请哈萨克斯坦GOST-K认证的必须文件

4.    是业主交付条件之一

5.    是通过俄罗斯、白俄罗斯、哈萨克斯坦政府机构现场验收查看的文件

6.    是申请工业安全鉴定、使用许可证permit to use的必须文件

Technical passport需要包含什么内容

       根据标准GOST-2.601-2006（ГОСТ 2.601-2006 Единая система конструкторской документации. Эксплуатационные документы）的要求，Technical Passport 必须包含如下的基本内容：

       1.    Name of equipment, type, model, brand, serial number, date of manufacturer;

       2.    name of the manufacturer and its legal address;

3.    Country of origin;

4.    Functional description of equipment and its application;

5.    Main technical data with indication of names of equipment parameters and their values;

6.    Information on equipment reliability;

7.    Service Life Expectancy of equipment;

8.    Layout drawing of the equipment with main sizes and net weight;

9.    Composition (completeness) of the equipment with lists of parts, spares, tools and measuring

10.   Layout drawings of parts;

11.   Equipment acceptance certificates;

12.   Information on equipment tests

13.   Other, depending on equipment.
