幕墙，产品标准

幕墙是建筑物的外墙护围，不承重，像幕布一样挂上去，故又称为悬挂墙，是现代大型和高层建筑常用的带有装饰效果的轻质墙体。由结构框架与镶嵌板材组成，不承担主体结构载荷与作用的建筑围护结构。

认证介绍

幕墙欧盟调和标准EN 13830:2003自2004年10月26日首次公布，2005年12月1日起在欧盟强制执行，任何在欧盟境内销售或使用的幕墙产品，均需要符合此标准，并经过欧盟指定的认证机构进行检测和认证。

幕墙CE认证属于建筑指令system 1 系统一的认证模式，欧盟授权机构需要同时具备测试、工厂审核以及认证三种资格（Product Certification Body, Test Laboratory, FPC Certification Body)才可以完成幕墙的ce认证。如是单个样品出口，按照指令法规，出口商业也可以申请针对样品有效的系统三 system 3 认证，以避免工厂审核和年审。

认证流程

系统一的认证流程为：

1、提交申请表 (application form)

2、选送样品送至欧盟指定实验室进行样品检测 (initial type test)

3、提交工厂质量体系文件和工厂内部测试报告进行文件预审 (internal audit)

4、欧盟认证机构专家赴生产工厂进行工厂审核（factory production control audit）

5、测试合格，工厂审核合格之后，签发system 1 ce证书 （product certification issued）

6、年度稽核，根据初次审核专家的意见，欧盟机构对工厂进行每六个月或每年一次工厂稽核。（annual surveillance）

FAECF, the ‘Federation of the European Window and Curtain Wall Manufacturer Associations’ represents 14 national associations of the metal construction industry.

The General Secretariat of FAECF is located in the Netherlands, its Technical Secretariat is in Frankfurt. The objective of FAECF is to strengthen and extend the position of the European fenestration industry in the market. It contributes essentially to European harmonization in fenestration and serves as an information center for the public. European collaboration is increasingly gaining in significance with the implementation of the Single Market. Many issues which used to be addressed only at the national level, need to be reconsidered from an international point of view.
